SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $500

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY AFTER 2pm EST will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays.

PO BOX & APO  We do not ship to PO boxes.

PREORDER ITEMS are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping.

MCF CURATED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

INFORMATION ACCURACY Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We currently ship to only the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We are not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY  

All purchases are eligible for exchange or credit. Merchandise must be received by MCF CURATED on or before 10 days from delivery of your package. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Items will not be accepted for exchange or credit without the security tags attached. Merchandise received past our return window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.

You can notify us for an exchange by simply writing to us at info@mcfcurated.com with your details. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package. A charge of $9 corresponding to the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund.

Our team reserves the right to refuse an exchange if it does not respect the established conditions.
